We're here to help you close the loop.
Getting started
Add your first case
Tap the + button and either fill in the details or use Quick Add — just type what you're waiting on in plain language (for example, "Waiting on Progressive about my claim since last Tuesday, they said 5 business days") and the app fills in the organization, dates, and follow-up for you.
Stay on top of follow-ups
Use the Due Today and Overdue tabs to see what needs you now. Each case shows how long you've been waiting and when to follow up next. Add a Home Screen widget or start a Live Activity to keep a case in view.
Draft & send a follow-up
Open a case and tap Draft Follow-Up. Pick a tone, review the message, then send it by Mail or Messages, or copy it anywhere. On supported devices, drafts are written privately on your device with Apple Intelligence.
Use Siri & Shortcuts
Ask Siri "What am I waiting on?", add a case by voice, or assign Quick Add to the Action Button. You can also add a case's follow-up to Apple Reminders or Calendar from the case screen.
Account & billing
Manage or cancel Premium
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. To manage or cancel, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or the App Store → your account → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Restore a purchase
On a new device, open the Premium screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
iCloud sync
Turn on iCloud sync in Settings within the app to keep cases in sync across your iPhone and iPad. Your data stays in your own private iCloud — we can't see it.
Delete your data
Delete an individual case from its screen, or use Delete all data in the app's Settings. Removing the app deletes its on-device data; to remove synced copies, delete the app's data from iCloud in your device settings.
Frequently asked questions
My reminder didn't appear — what happened?
Make sure notifications are enabled for Waiting On in iOS Settings → Notifications, and that notifications are turned on inside the app's Settings. Focus modes and Low Power Mode can also delay delivery.
Why can't I generate an AI follow-up draft?
On-device drafting requires a device that supports Apple Intelligence. If it's unavailable, the app falls back to a ready-made template draft you can edit and send.
Can I use Waiting On on more than one device?
Yes. Enable iCloud sync and your cases stay up to date across your iPhone and iPad signed in to the same Apple Account.
Is my information private?
Yes — we don't collect your data. See our Privacy Policy.
