Is my data private?
Yes. Your cases are stored on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync, they're kept in your own private iCloud account, which we can't access. We don't collect your data, show ads, or use third-party trackers. See our Privacy Policy.
How do the follow-up drafts work?
On supported devices, drafts are generated on-device using Apple Intelligence — your case details never leave your iPhone or iPad to write them. You can pick the tone, edit freely, then send by Mail or Messages.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no sign-up and no login. Just open the app and start tracking.
What devices are supported?
Waiting On runs on iPhone and iPad. iCloud sync, widgets, Live Activities, Siri, and Shortcuts are built in.
How do I cancel Premium?
Manage or cancel anytime in the App Store under your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Your free plan stays available.
