Need a hand? Email [email protected] with what happened, your iPhone model and the app version (Settings → bottom of the screen). We usually reply within a few days.

Quick answers

How do I steer? Drag anywhere on the screen. Prefer tilting? Tap Steer: Drag on the title screen to switch to tilt.

No sound? Tube Tails respects your iPhone's silent switch. Check it, then check Music and Sound effects in Settings.

How do I unlock riders? Collect coins while riding, then open Riders. Every rider handles the same.

Does it need internet? No. Everything works offline, and the app never sends your data anywhere.

Moving to a new iPhone? Your progress comes along when you restore from an iPhone backup. Deleting the app erases it.
