My project or changes are not appearing on another device
Confirm both devices use the same Apple Account, iCloud Drive is available, and ThesisTrack is permitted to use iCloud. Keep the app open briefly on a reliable connection. Local work remains available while offline.
A linked document will not open
External document permissions are device-specific. Open the document entry and choose Relink Document on the device where access is missing.
I am not receiving reminders
Check ThesisTrack’s reminder settings and confirm notifications are allowed in iOS Settings. Reminders are scheduled locally and iOS ultimately controls delivery.
How do I back up or export my work?
Open More → Data Management to create a complete backup or export readable JSON, Markdown, CSV, and PDF formats.
How do I remove the demo project?
The fictional demo uses the same features as a real project. Open Projects, select the demo project, and use Remove Demo Project. Your own projects are not affected.
