These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jtrlabs.com website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
JTR Labs LLC ("JTR Labs," "we," "our," or "us") is an independent app studio based in the United States that designs and publishes consumer iOS apps.
These Terms cover only the jtrlabs.com website. Each app we publish has its own End User License Agreement and terms — including the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula — which apply when you install or use that app.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, the Site by any third party. You agree not to:
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, app names, screenshots, and the underlying code — is owned by JTR Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.
"JTR Labs," "Ice Study," "TaskTimer Plus," and "BitKids" are trademarks of JTR Labs LLC.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as the App Store) that are not owned or controlled by JTR Labs. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of any third-party site, and a link is not an endorsement.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JTR Labs disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Information on the Site about our apps is provided for general informational purposes. Features described may change as apps evolve. The authoritative source for an app's current capabilities is its current App Store listing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JTR Labs LLC and its members, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JTR Labs LLC and its members, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and of the state in which JTR Labs LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted clearly on this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
