What is ZatBack?

A privacy-oriented rewards app built on Zcash ($ZEC)—not a coupon site or incentivized traffic farm. Users discover offers inside the app, see rewards in zats and $ZEC, and complete purchases on your tracked links.

Shop & earn marketplace

Featured merchants, categories, and cashback rates shown in zats and $ZEC equivalents. Each outbound click is logged with a unique token before redirect.

Play & earn arcade

Game quests, streaks, and leaderboards drive daily engagement — separate from shop attribution, so commerce traffic stays intent-focused.

Non-custodial wallet

Users control their own keys on-device. We never custody seed phrases or sign transactions on behalf of users. Rewards ledger is separate from on-chain $ZEC.

Brand safety & policy

  • No incentivized search — we do not pay users to click without merchant context.
  • Clear disclosure — cashback and reward terms shown before redirect.
  • Human traffic — authenticated users (guest, OAuth, or passkey); device binding on API.
  • Rate limiting — API throttling and idempotent reward events to prevent abuse.
  • Hold period — shop cashback credits after a configurable validation window (default 7 days).
  • No trademark bidding — we do not bid on your brand terms in paid search.

Click attribution

When a user taps a merchant offer, our API creates a click record and redirects through your merchant URL with tracking parameters we control on our side:

  • subId — format zb_{clickToken}
  • click_id — unique token per outbound session
  • 30-day click expiry stored server-side
  • Idempotent reward events to prevent duplicate credits
