These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Journey Focus mobile application ("the app"), published by JTR Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Journey Focus for your own personal, non-commercial study and productivity. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by the App Store terms or applicable law.

2. The app is free and ad-supported

Journey Focus is offered free of charge and is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob. By using the app you agree that ads may be shown to you. You agree not to interfere with, block, obscure, or fraudulently interact with the ads (including generating invalid clicks or impressions). There are currently no subscriptions or in-app purchases; if that ever changes, any paid features will be disclosed before purchase and governed by the App Store's payment terms.

3. Your data & advertising

Your study data is stored locally on your device; we do not host, access, or back it up, and you are responsible for your device and any backups. To show ads, Google AdMob and its partners collect and process certain data (such as device and advertising identifiers and usage information), and — with your permission via App Tracking Transparency — may personalize ads. 4. Not professional advice

Journey Focus is a study and focus aid for entertainment and productivity. It is not medical, psychological, educational, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee any particular academic or health outcome.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its design, artwork, the "Pip" character, journeys, and all related content are owned by JTR Labs LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in any unlawful way or in violation of the App Store guidelines.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that timers will be perfectly accurate in all conditions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JTR Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

9. Changes to the app or Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue the app or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which JTR Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
