Mission Ready is designed around device-local use. This policy explains how JTR Labs handles information when you use the app.

Information stored on your device

Your chosen name, schedule, checklist progress, XP, readiness activity, habits, and journal entries are stored locally on your device. JTR Labs does not operate an account system for these features and does not receive their contents.

Advertising and device information

The app may use Google Mobile Ads. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent choices to deliver, measure, and protect advertising. Where required, the app asks for consent before personalized advertising is used. You can manage relevant choices through your device privacy settings.

Support communications

If you email us, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and message. We use it only to answer your request, maintain the service, or meet legal obligations.

Children and sensitive information

Mission Ready is not intended to collect personal information from children. Do not place medical records, government identifiers, financial information, or confidential third-party information in support messages.

Retention and deletion

Device-local data remains until you edit it, reset it, or delete the app. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, and legal purposes. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing us.

Third-party services

Third-party services are governed by their own privacy practices. Apple processes App Store distribution and reviews; Google processes advertising as described above.
