Privacy Policy
Effective August 15, 2026
MissionReady minimizes collection and keeps personal planning data on your device. This policy explains how JTR Labs handles information when you use the app and its Support Circle delivery service.
Information stored on your device
Your chosen name, schedule, checklist progress, activity progress, habits, journal entries, Support Circle inbox key, and opened Support Circle messages are stored locally on your device. JTR Labs does not operate a public-profile system and does not receive the contents of your journal, schedule, check-ins, or progress. You can remove MissionReady data using “Delete all app data” in Settings.
Support Circle encrypted delivery
Support Circle does not create a cloud inbox until you choose “Create private inbox.” The service then receives a random inbox code, a public encryption key, an authorization-token hash, service timestamps, and limited security metadata such as a one-way network-address hash used for rate limiting. A supporter may provide a display name, relationship label, and message. Those message fields are encrypted in the supporter’s browser before transmission. The delivery service stores the encrypted envelope but does not possess the missionary’s private decryption key.
Encrypted messages are physically deleted from the delivery service after successful local saving and deletion acknowledgement, or no later than 90 days after submission. Rate-limit records are removed after 24 hours. An inbox with no queued messages is removed after 365 days without owner activity, or immediately when the user revokes the inbox or chooses “Delete all app data” while connected. Opened messages remain locally until the user deletes them, clears app data, or removes the app. Anyone holding a private writing link can send to that inbox, so users should share links only with people they trust and replace a link that was shared too widely.
Advertising and device information
The app may use Google Mobile Ads in a limited set of practice tools. Ads are not shown in Journal, Daily Scripture, private check-ins, wellbeing tools, planning, or Support Circle. MissionReady requests non-personalized ads and checks applicable consent requirements before making an ad request. Google and its partners may still process device identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent choices to deliver, measure, and protect advertising. Where available, choices can be managed from “Ad privacy choices” inside the app and through applicable device settings.
Support communications
If you email us, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and message. We use it only to answer your request, maintain the service, or meet legal obligations.
Children and sensitive information
MissionReady is not intended to collect personal information from children. Do not place emergencies, medical records, government identifiers, financial information, confidential membership records, or sensitive third-party information in Support Circle or support messages.
Third-party services and processing
Railway hosts the encrypted Support Circle delivery API and database. Apple processes App Store distribution and reviews. Google processes advertising as described above. Each provider is governed by its own privacy practices.
