Locked Portfolio is designed so that your portfolio can stay on your device.
Holdings, quantities, optional cost basis, check-in schedule, lock history, and discipline statistics are stored locally using Apple’s on-device storage. We do not create an account. Our market-data proxy never receives your quantities or balances.
When you view markets, add an asset, or start a check-in, the app may send coin codes (for example “BTC”) to a JTR Labs Cloudflare Worker. The Worker forwards only the market-data request to Live Coin Watch and temporarily caches public market responses. The app may also download public coin logos from Live Coin Watch’s content-delivery network. These requests do not include your quantities, balances, cost basis, or name. Cloudflare and Live Coin Watch process network information under their own privacy policies: Cloudflare privacy policy and Live Coin Watch privacy policy.
Optional notifications and widgets show schedule and discipline information. They do not show portfolio value or prices while your portfolio is locked.
If you enable it, Apple’s Local Authentication confirms it is you before numbers appear. Biometric data never leaves the Secure Enclave.
This version does not block other apps. Device-wide restrictions would require Apple’s Family Controls entitlement.
Use the App Store support email listed with the app, or hello@jtrlabs.com. Deleting the app removes local data from the device.
